TSQ -bringing things into focus

We’ve all been there. We’ve had a clearly highly intelligent person (IT or Actuarial quite often) deliver a comprehensive, detailed and very technical presentation on how they want to proceed, which will involve your business paying a lot of money for them to take their ideas forward. Everyone sits around in stunned silence, not wishing to say anything for fear of suffering the mockery of their “in the know” colleagues.

This is where you need to ask TSQ - the stupid question - at which point the whole thing either comes into sharp focus, or as I’ve seen in the past, falls down like a particularly large house of cards.

Let me help you with TSQ in your strategic planning; get in touch via the contact page and let’s talk about how I can help you.
